on the map sensor,i soldered the banded end into the middle wire green with brown stripe and i soldered the other end to a long wire which run to ground on the fire wall.
yeah going to the map sensor is something im not familiar with. i can get a pic of where my regulator is if this weather breaks. i have the clamp mod on the IPS with a switch to control it.

i think the code is injection pressure over/under limit. my truck does this
I have already shimed the ipr with a bb and a screw could this be to much pressure with the 10 k mod originally i only had 30psi at the schrader valve now with it shimed i have 70-80psi if this is the problem with the check engine light and defueling then i will not have to put a boost pressure relief valve in

You have the ZD wired in correctly....Assuming you used a 4.7v and not a 5.1 or something, your SES light is not from overboost. It's unlikely your FPR adjustment has anything to do with it. When you installed the 10K resistor in the ICP you adjusted the oil pressure.
You need to remove the 10K mod, and disconnect your batteries for a couple of hours to clear the codes, then take it out and drive it and see what happens.

i have a switch on the 10k mod if i just shut this off and unhook the batteries would this be ok.
It would be better to completely remove it. That way you wold eliminate any possibility of the switch grounding out, but you could leave it in place for the first test.
