I don't have the lie-o-meter. I filled to the same spot in the filler neck and divided miles since last fillup by gallons. I keep a spreadsheet on my handheld pocket pc.
I was getting 13-14.5 city with the old flash. Closer to 14 in the winter months. I use Stanadyne or PS with both flashes. 17.5- 18 highway.
I am talking my truck is stock. I know a guy who has a truck same as mine that got 15 city and 19 with a Predator 65HP tune.
I have a '04/'04 and got reflashed 3 weeks ago and am also seeing a 2 mpg fuel improvement (+/-), not to mention the quiter/steadier start and running idle and better throttle response. I do not have a tuner yet, but the EGR disconnected (that last one is two thumbs up).
I can't say mine is any quieter. It is certainly not louder. Much better accelerator pedal response. Shifting is fine. I have not had complaint with the Torqushift.
I give them an A on this one. Even if it was 6 months late.
It is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You just plug in the date, current odometer and gallons pumped and it does the rest. I'll see if I can post it out on the web so you can download it. Maybe I can get Tim to put it in the tech folder.
Hey all, I hear ya's talking about your latest flashes...how do I know what flash I have...mine is a 03/04 build and I've only had it for two weeks. Still learning, and this is the best place to learn. Thanks, Jeff
If its not under the hood, you will have to take it in to the dealership. If you bought it from the dealer they should be able to give you an OASIS report.

Well there is nothing under the hood. I got it from a dealership, she is used and has 13,000 miles on it. What is a OASIS report? Thanks, Jeff
I spoke w/ my dealer and he told me to stick w/ the original factory flash unless I am having drivablility issues. He also mentioned that turbo lag would be corrected but w/ so many complaints concerning the updated flashes MPG (not this one in particular) he told me to stay away for now.

I havent had any problems yet, put alittle over 500 miles on her and this being my first PSD, I think it runs great, just thought I'd get better than 13 MPG. Guess I'll just wait till I notice any problems.
