Thumbs up

Been too busy the last couple hours to get into the whole stream of things, on here, anyhow, I hope this is the last hour of my shift. Later dudes, drive home safe, I figure thats about the most dangerous part of this night shift work.

That or the fact some terrorist a**hole blows this place up while I'm here. Of course i could get a paper cut too, that wold be an injury I guess. istill got 20 minutes till my relief is supposed to arrive, but Ken I guess youknow what kind of boat I am in. Have you ever had to work a 36 hour shift like Pep because no one would come in. Just to let youknow he is our king of the night shift board.

Yup I did a wild shift like that at a plant I worked at many years ago when the management took christmass off & the other operators staged a wildfcat strike, I had no relief, couldn't contact any of the management, I sent the labor crew home & shut down the process, but kept the boilers online to keep steam tracing to all process lines so no lines would freeze & burst. I left that job a short time later because I was mad at both sides & didn't want to get into the stupidity. I was paid well for that long session anyway

Funny you bring that up.....cause here I sit still from my night shift. Looks like another 80 week in the making. Supervisor came in this morning with a migraine. Looked bad. Told her to go home....I got today.
Who says chivalry is dead. So here I sit continuing my night shift thru a 24 hour period. Yippie.....see yall tomorrow night. Well, maybe tonight.

Here we go, another wonderful night.
I guess I get to kick off the festivities tonight.
4 hours into it. Plenty more to go.
At least tonight I'm getting a few hour break from one annoying co-worker.
And the other one is too busy watching the ballgame to bug me (against policy, but, like I said, he's out of my hair, win/win..)

Hey Mike. Rats, I'm actually heading off to bed now. I don't even work nightshifts... just stay up late, but then gotta get up early, too. I need to get a few hours sleep while I can.

Have a good night, Mike and Birdhunter.

Cali checking out.

Little late but see you Ryan. Look at previous posts if you want to find out what I do. Ohterwise I'll just explain it in the short version. I'm an internet police officer. I search for the bad things going on on here and it's easier to do during a night shift when there isn't as much traffic on the net in the US.
I have a contract with FTE to check for Chevy infiltrators.
