80 is old. I ca n remember when Ithought 20 was old, then 25 was old, then 28 was old, now I remeber how young and immature 15 was and how much knowledge I really had at 18. I think the biggest day of knowledge gain was when I realized that my dad ain't so dumb and actually does know something and does have good advice. It's amazing how much dumber you feel at that point and how much smarter he seems.

I felt old, right till then, and decided I dont wanna be old.

I think we all have those stages of life....The awakening knowing your dad was trying to make you a better person, not just being a

As I get older and trying to raise my son, I cant help but think of ther things I do now that my dad did

The really hard part is knowing my son is IDENTICAL to me If he does half the things I did, I DON'T WANT TO KNOW

I figured I'd just take on year at a time. Then years passed long enough so that I'm almost half way to retirement age. It was fun one year at a time......good time, bad planning.
Therefore, I figure I'm still not gonna get old.

Taz I catch myself being alot like my dad at times. Of course we hunt, fish, farm and do practically everything together. I am looking at houses to buy and he says I ought to just build what I want cause I'll end up changing a house so much anyway and he would much rather help with me work on a new one than on a remodel job.

All night onight I have been listening to the fire dept. tone out to dumpster fires (our office has a scanner in it) and I'm just waiting for them to get toned out somewhere on campus. Everytime they have been toned tonight it is about 1 mile closer to campus. The last one was just across the street from some of our buildings so whoever the vandlas they are getting close. The only thing I'll have to do is fill out fire event reports which is a PITA.

Funny you ask....I was thinking the same thing.
Tonight I spent my time actually working. Last night....I dont even remember.....oh, yea.....pricing stuff for my truck.'
Tonight.........I believe its gonna be a microwave popcorn cook off this coming night. Several different kinds of popcorn have been dropped off by the munchie fairy......
Therefore I feel it my duty to report my findings to the proper authorities.

Yes, you must report yor findings immediately so proper action can be taken.
I had Orville Redenbachers micorwaveable stuff. Nice and buttery with enough salt flavoring to satisfy. That was before part of the apple pie my sister had made for me, that topped it off.

I wonder what would happen if you didn't take the plastic wrapper off of the bag before microwaving it. That might be tommorrow night's test. Hey Pep just for fun take a blank CD, place it in the center of the micro, shiny side up and turn it on for 10 seconds and watch it. after a few seconds it's about like the fourth of July for a few seconds.

Considering we are on our 3rd fridge in a year....Somehow frying the office microwave does not sound like a healthy adventure. It was hard enough trying to explain the frog inards. No, I didnt do it.
Leaving the plastic bag on might be something to test.
I could also plead ignorance (believable) & place one a'them old aluminium Jiffy Pops in there and see how the sparks fly.

I'm kinda gettting wound up for the Caramel Popcorn.

I've doen the CD several times and haven't fried a microwave. In fact how did you think I learned about this, duh at work. Besides you're getting ready to leave anyway and if it does mess it up don't tell them you put a cd in it, it doesn't melt the CD.
