my long handled needle nose pliers. if nothing else is working, i always seem to have those in my hand... even for really weird stuff like nosehairs....

I just thought it would be nice to dig up my old tool thread. Its been over two years since anyone has posted. My current favorite tool is my new Milwaukee 4 1/2” grinder model 6122-30.

That's a good one. I used to have one but it got knocked off the bench and cracked the gear housing. I got a Makita after that, which is also great.

I like a big set of Channellocks. So handy, so often.


And on the Milwaukee grinder! I had the same one, someone passing through my shop tripped on the cord. It hit the concrete and broke the gear housing. I needed it quickly so I bought a Makita which is also good but not quite the power of the Milwaukee.

I use my ratchet wrenches more than anything, but I do love my welder.

(Rigid makes a much better vacuum than Shop Vac.)

I would have to say my spud wrench.. that or the dewalt cold cut chop saw, I use the wrench more but that is one sweet saw!!! Prettiest cuts ever made in metal..
