I'm kinda partial to my two handed pud wrench.

Aside from that I have one of those swivel head 24" craftsman 1/2" drive ratchets that will just about break loose the earth's orbit from round the sun

1/2 Inch S&K deepwell socket. I don't know where it came from as I don't have any other S&K stuff, but I've had it for 20+ years and it has been there for me in a pinch more than any other tool. Kinda odd now that I think about it.

1.Porter Cable electric DA sander.
2. Ryobi 4" angle grinder.
3. Cutting torch.
I couldn't pick just 1.

totally untrue! if the screwdriver is big enough, it can be used as a hammer...

I may have to change my answer to "torque adapters". Make torquing fasteners in inaccessible areas possible. Areas like behind turbos, on spicer life drivelines, behind thermostat housings, basically hard to reach areas. If only I could find a 12 mm from somebody, then I'd be set.

Thinking it over, I'd have to water pump pliers because over the course of my life I've probably used them more than any other tool.

Well I have a "favorite" tool, but I don't whip it out in public....

Seriously though, My Dewalt impact driver has to be my most used.
Great tool and lots of torque.

Same with me. Vitronoix 7 function baby pocketknife, even goes to the Symphony! Although my favorite power tool is my B & D cordless 12VDC drill. I use it for just about everything needing a twist.

there are 4 boxes of tools in use most of the time, so a favorite is hard to pick.

but over the past year, i find it had to figure how i went so long without the plasma cutter.

it is getting to be my most used and favorite cutting implement.

Talking Favorite tool...

My Walden [circa 1948] 1/2 x 9/16 offset box wrench. It fits almost 90% of the fasteners on American [vintage] iron....
