Hello Ford_Six, I am Jim writing for help concerning my new member intro post on May 25th 2018. I somehow goofed up on the correct forum to post it in. I don't think it was posted in the new member area. Can you please check on it for me and move it to the correct area?. I posted with the name JimInOR with the subject "hello glad to be a member". If you find it and it's moved should I join a forum for Oregon? I'm in Bend OR. If you want to send me a message about it my e-mail is [email protected]. This site is huge and will take me a while to get used to. Thanks for your help!

Hey Six, This is old school and I desperately need help. I'm trying to fix up an old 1971 SB Custom for my grandson. We all drive fords, always have. He keeps showing me Pics. of older trucks and wants one. My buddies are telling me to build a sleeper. I would greatly appreciate some advice and some knowledge about this project I'm fixing to attempt. Reguards, Oldschool

Hi. It appears I'm not allowed to post a "want to buy" ad? Why is that? what would I have to do to be allowed?

I stumbled onto some info about using 360 pistons in a 300 I-6 and now can't seem to find the important stuff. I know the 360 used more than one piston and noticed a post of yours where you had used them. Care to point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Just joined so I am unable to post for sale. I will surely use the forum for a 98 Ranger that my brother is giving me this summer. In the meantime I would like to sell my 1971 F-100 Custom Long bed that has been sitting in the driveway for the last 8 or 9 years with an extra 240 engine in the bed with other parts. At 64 and still working full time I'll never get to it. If you know of anyone interested, I'd sell it for $500 instead of donating it. Thanks. [email protected]

Hi Jared, just picked up a 67 Camper Special. Have posted a few questions and done some reading and research. Lot's of info on upgrading the brakes which is one of the first things I want to do. I don't have the time nor place to bring in a donor to pull the parts from. I have researched the conversion kits for the front but not finding much. Are there kits that you can recommend? If I need to do more research as to what is on the truck I can do that. It's the stock drum brakes as far as I know.

    thanks in advance,

    boilermanc
