Hey Dave, Just for the record, what 67 perch are you wanting to use that a 65 wont. If you are using a FE you will need a 73-76 drivers side for Ford ps.
Dave,
You're installing a later Ford type [not bendix] P/S Box & Pump in your 65 and are asking which engine to frame stand/ perch to use right?
If so I agree with John. If you've an FE engine use 73-79 frame stand/ engine perch.
If you're using Bendix type, OEM style for 65-68 then I believe the 65 frame stand you already have will work, as will the 67 one you are asking about.

Thought I would check, last thing needed is an extra Ford part setting around. Going to make a salvage yard run tomorrow to pick up the engine perch for the power steering. Does anyone know if I need both perches, or just the drivers side?
Dave: You only need the driver's side for the PS unit.
Double check if it is the correct one.
The correct PS engine perch will sweep back somewhat from the front to the rear. (In other words, it is mounted a little further forward on the frame, so it must sweep to the rear some in order to mate with the engine mount.)
The non-PS one will sit straight across from the frame to the engine.
