Just apply it about 20 min. or so before puttin it on the grill.
Let the meat come to room temp as well.

Ribs gotta do that saturday.

My wife really surprised me the other day. She grilled the best darned ribeyes I ever ate in my life. I taught her to use the grill and I think she is outdoing me.
