I love Maureses aka Piggy park in SC. They have about 14 joints. I take there mustard base sauce to TX. and try it out on the ketchup folk, most love it, but others only look confused.

I'm with ya on Maurice's (sp?). I have some of his mustard sauce in the cabinet now.
Slam firin' - are you a gluton for punishment? A 9mm maybe but m-14, ouch!!

Ok guys went to the Ga. coast for the weekend.You know fun in the sun and sea!!Had a belly full of sea food,so on the way home we found a BBQ place.Found some good eatin!!So if you are down near Jekyll Island,go to the intersection of I-95,US-17{Exit 29 off I-95}.Look up the Ga Pig!!

just kosher salt- not like table salt.
the kosher salt just enhances flavor, doesn't replace it like iodized salt.

we use it on all non-skin meats.
actually it's about the only salt we use.
