Introductions
Hey Bad Cat...I am in Garner! I live in Manson..drive back 90 miles one way each day to work...blah blah blah..it sucks. Anyway I would like to see your Cougar! Welcome! Stop down my way and help me pull the box off of my 69 F100! I pulled the grill, and fenders last night...tonight the inner fenders are coming off. Scared the heck out of my wife when she came to the garage and she saw pieces everywhere!

Here's another Eastern Iowan
Just bought my first Ford truck...'05 F250...after quite a few years driving sporty little roadsters. Quite a change. I'm in Cedar Rapids, and retiring on Thanksgiving Day after 32 years with US Postal Service. That will give me plenty of free time, and I'm anxious to use this truck (photos in gallery) any way I can.
Mostly I'll be spending my time woodworking, and that was really the motivation for going from a tiny two-seater to something that will haul lots of lumber, furniture, cabinets, tools, whatever.
Very anxious to find out about any activities in my neck of the woods.

Thanks for the welcome
Looks like we might be in related industries!
Sometime, if you make it to CR for pleasure and not business, perhaps we can let out trucks get together and get acquainted. I imagine you can clue me in to a lot of information about the Ford Truck World.
Incidentally, I'm a several decade-long member of APWU Local 255, and my position with the with the Postal Service for the last six years has been what they call Transit Mail Expeditor...anyone else would just call loading dock expeditor.
