The tubing for the EGR disconnect is the tube right before the intake elbow. This is POST turbo and POST intercooler, the closest you can get to the actual intake. This is under pressure and there is no way for the washer pump to overcome nearly 40 lbs of boost.

There is a way if you have a high pressure tank of pressurizing the water tank with boost to overcome this pressure differential problem. The only problem is that you will have more trouble controlling the flow of the water.
