I did agree with the fact that ST was bottled by Quaker State?pennzoil/Solus, but now I think it is a product of ExxonMobil. Look at the bottles. Along the same lines as production, Qs is not gonna change bottles, it will just color them differently. The new blue ST bottles are identical to Exxon/Mobil bottles, however they do not look anything like when poured out. I have worked for Walmart and they do not say "how much to sell for" They say, "this is what we sell for" No diff than gasoline, there is a base, then an additives package. No one will ever convince me that its the same oil as Exxon when they dont even look the same when poured.
I ran SuperTech syn up to 7500 miles and had it tested. It tested good. its a good oil. I don't use it anymore because walmart sometimes carries it and most times don't. I went back to mobil 1 tri-syn. If wally would pull his head out of his **** and keep the stuff on the shelf all the time I would go back to using it.
