Hi there roach57. Sounds like your truck is bigger than the whole town of Stanford. Been through there before often. Great pheasant hunting over there. Don't really need a gun, just hit them on the highway.
Good to have you here and good luck with the truck.
My name is Whit and I live in Cody WY. I joined hpd about a week ago I'm sixteen and currently own my first truck. It is a 95 f150 302 supercab shortbed manual tranny. I have always wanted a ford and my wish came true last May. I am a sophomore in high school and work on a ranch in the summer. I am applying for a job at Ace Hardware. My hobbies are woodworking, working on my truck, hunting, snowmobiling(do not have a sled of my own yet saving up to buy one)off roading with my friends and their trucks. We compete to see who is the last to get stuck. I moved to wyoming three years ago and I love it. I have a horse and like to ride with my friends and rope. I am hoping too compete in the cody nite rodeo this summer. I look forward to getting to know all of you at HPD
Welcome to the crew Whit. I remember when I was 16 - now I'm more than 3 times that age. Man, it happened fast. Cody is a neat town - its been probably 15 years since I was last through there. The Winchester Museum was new back then. Pretty country around you!
I'm outside Kalispell - about 50 miles from Glacier Park. I normally drive a 48 pickup, but right now the flathead V8 engine is out of the truck. Fixing oil leaks and a radiator problem, then it'll get painted before going back in. I found one burned valve, so I've got to grind it for proper lash and I can button it back up.

Took me awhile to find my way down here. I thought everyone was from the east or west coast.
My name is Rod and I live in north of DeSmet,SD. Moved back to SD when my boys got old enough to pheasant hunt. A past time we look forward to each fall.
Awhile back I smacked a deer with the truck I had at the time. That one was history. Had a 64f100 sitting in the trees I had bought years before. So instead of making payment on a new one I decided to put money into that one instead. That is how I navigated myself to this site. Which has filled my head with all kinds of ideas. More ideas than money. All in due time.
It took me awhile to get down this far in the site. But glad I finally found it. Nice to have guys closer to home to talk to. Heck some people on the east and west coast don't even know we are out here. I always liked the question. You live where?
Not sure if anyone uses the intro thread anymore, but I will! I live in Madison, SD and am a Ford guy for many years. My current projects include a '71 pickup that is a mild cusom, '67 Ranchero that will be downright radical, and an '82 Camaro that will be proudly sporting a Windsor stroker engine, C-4 transmission, and a 9" rear end. I call it "Payback".
I'm semi-retired and have a small shop that I do Hot Rod and custom work. Been hanging out on the site for awhile, but this is the first time I've checked out this chapter. Hope to get to know some of you.
