Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Hitting the road, noonish, today. Car 100,000 mile service, Board Meeting and testing and labs at the VA Hospital in Portland.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Up to 55.0 with mostly blue sky. Just a few very high wispy clouds.
Barring a stop at Denny's in Salem, Costco Gas in Salem and Costco Bend for gas, dog food and TP, we drove straight back to Home (Bravo) from the VA Hospital. Going up the Santiam Pass is a little longer, but it is just as pretty a drive as going over Willamette Pass. Plus the new Costco is right on the outskirts of Bend on Hwy 20. Lately been some of the cheapest gas and diesel in Oregon that is anywhere close to where we normally travel. When we get home, we only have 57 miles on the tank instead of 150, so it works out.
Waiting to hear what my PCP is going to want to do, if anything from all the tests over the last couple of weeks.

Muffin, egg, Canadian Bacon! Good stuff, cleared by the doc. No hashbrowns or greasy addons.
My daughter actually got me a Muffin Sandwich maker a number of years ago. We keep whole grain muffins, fresh eggs from my sister, cheese, and Canadian Bacon from Costco.
Sometimes I substitute other meat for the Canadian Bacon.
Good afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else.
We have some egg and poaching pans. I like this machine that my daughter got me because everything can be done at once. Muffin half to bottom with cheese and meat, close first part of clam shell with trap floor in it, egg on that and upper muffin half on top of that, close top. 5 minutes later, open trap floor, wait a couple of seconds and open the assembly and get your sandwich out.
