33f and a dusting of snow. Nothing to brag about. Sounded like there was 1.5" in cor/phil this morning. I'm "working" from home today since I have and early afternoon appointment.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Started out at 31, clear and with some ice in the river bottom. Heading north of 34.5 now and the clouds are rolling in.
Another meeting this morning and have another this afternoon. Getting worn out. Still haven't heard back from Polk County, but it really looks like the farm / ranch is probably gone. Every angle I try keeps coming up 1 to 5 cards short of a full deck. The lack of (and sisters' refusal) to perform maintenance (that hasn't been done over the last 8 years), all of the repairs that will need to be done, will take most, if not all of the financial resources available and most likely even end up needing a mortgage or equity loan to finish up. Still waiting on Polk County to get back in touch with me, but even if allowed a new build, it's looking less and less likely to be a viable option. Still working the angles, but those angles are looking an awful lot like a flat line now.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just got home a little bit ago from a couple of meetings. Dentist tomorrow and an attorney is supposed to contact me either tomorrow or Thursday. Still waiting to hear back from Polk County.

Morning all. 23 when I left but it's up to 27 at the south city limits.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Started out at 24 a while ago and now we are having a heat wave at 26. We did have some blue sky but a light marine layer is blacking that now. I can see blue to the west, but more clouds behind that.
Are you opening up a side business or a BoonDocker's Welcome spot?

Probably looks like it could go either way... Wife got another RV and since the dealer low balled her on the trade, we'll have to sell it ourselves after I fix a couple things on it. Hope it sells before our worker/campers show up in a couple of months. I guess the good thing it this is the LAST trailer.
