Man, if only I still had my Ford Granada... (250 I-6, 3spd w/overdrive)
I'd let the both of you train-up back bumper to front bumper, and I'd pull you both backwards.... (Until one, or the other of you, put your trucks in gear...)
Now, back to reality....
Rofl. Bring your V8 to the fight. I'll pull you too!

Yeah right.
I can't see any good reason to do what the guys in the rice burner, and the F150 did. Regardless of who wins, they both get to go to the barn for repairs just that much quicker.
These are pickup trucks for goodness sake, not earth movers!
Although, I have to say that my stuck-in-traffic-that-is-not-moving freeway fantasy is to be sitting in a D10 Caterpillar Highdrive, fitted with a V shaped blade. I'd just drop the blade, and go! (No road rage here!)

Hey I hear you man. I always thought of being in a Tractor Trailor, but a Earth Mover is a much better idea. Heck, you wouldn't need a blade. You would just run over the vehicles.. Litteraly.
Yeah, that was way beyond the mark. I can't imagine a good enough reason to be that mad at anything/anyone.
Same goes for the guy who stole the tank from the armory in California, and did all that damage.
I just don't get these folks. IIRC both of them are no longer with us... (The silver lining in the clouds they created.)
Not sure about the tank, but the guy in the dozer did take his own life in the end. If you want to end it...why try and take others with you.
Anyway, we're way off topic...so I'll leave it at that.
Back in the late 60s a buddy of mine had a 49(?) Ford with a flathead 8 that we rescued from his grandfather's field. It was a faded green with a non syncro 4 spd. He worked that summer for the highway dept and used old signs to patch the floor boards, rockers, and bed. He had dual stacks coming out of the bed with two red wheels and two white wheels. It did have a genuine used saddle blanket seat cover.
Of course being a young man he did install an 8 track player!
BTW I've used the lawn edge trim to make flares and air dams.
I must be a redneck.
