It ends up being $250 after discounts. I was simply asking for comparison reasons, not saying one is better over the other. And honestly having 64 settings is silly😂. I used maybe 3 when I had mine at first but after a few weeks I never touched it again.
I use the Pedal Commander. No issues at all and works very well at +3 setting on my rig. The improved response is noticeable. I use the app so the device is hidden behind the center console.
Just ordered one for my ‘17 F250 with the 6.7. I can definitely feel the lag on my truck and had thought about the banks pedal monster, but this one looks really nice and gets good reviews.

Being that it’s less expensive is a big plus too. Unless you’re one of those people that’s not so good at simple math and doesn’t mind paying more for a inferior product.

The price was a big plus too! I’d rather spend my extra money on my kids!

I appreciate the review and thread, but you haven’t used the Banks yourself, so you don’t have the experience to say one is inferior of the other. It appears to be a good option though.

All of these devices do the same thing. The Banks device is more expensive, only has 30 levels of adjustment compared to 64, plugs into the OBD2 port and doesn’t look as good. If you like it more, more power to you, buy it.
For the most part it seems that the PC and PM are the two favorites, or at least most talked about, and the two most compared. The fact that the PM uses the OBD2 port has been said to be a positive when compared to the PC. Apparently there are rare but possible negatives that can come from being plugged into the pedal itself. That's just what I've found from past discussions on these devices.
I have no skin in the game so not here to pick any favorites. Not sure if I will even add one of these to my truck. It is good to know of this Soler option as I've never heard of it before, sounds good and is priced better.

I’ll give a straight-up, unbiased and honest review when I get mine and get it installed! I’ll do an initial review and then follow up after a couple of weeks of using it.

Your posts sound an awful lot like a salesman touting a product versus an actual customer review. Again if you haven’t used one, you cannot compare fairly no matter what you assume or read about the second product. Maybe it does plug into the OBDII port. That does not gauge the performance aspect, the throttle response timing/the main goal, nor any other of a multitude of parameters. What you’re comparing is mostly related to personal preferences.
I have no stake in the game and think both sound like good products, but you can come down from your high horse now.

I have no skin in the game either. Soler is huge in the C7 and I think now in the C8 corvette community. I don’t like the look of having something plugged into the OBD2 port with wires sticking out.

Never thought this would become personal. I guess we are all on here for different reasons. Speaking of horses, like the old saying goes… You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.
The selling point of the Banks unit is that it uses the OBD port for power, and not the gas pedal circuit. They claim if the an aftermarket pedal unit getting power from the pedal circuit had a problem, you can lose your gas pedal entirely. I'm not an automotive electrical engineer, so I can't say if that is true or not.
