It's possible, but the dimensions suggest that it takes an unusual set of roads to deliver it. And when it gets there, why would you put it on steel and timber 10' off the ground?
Am thinking it was built for lowland to place it on a raised foundation. Just cutting the timbers and stacking them would cost a lot ! Have seen builds along the river banks similar but never set on pilings of timbers. Pine Straw protecting timbers from Termites says a possible S.C. home to me.

There's just too much that doesn't add up.
Those pilings just scream "fake". They need to be perfectly matched to keep the load balanced so they weren't built "on site". Nobody's going to trust a bunch of jack legs to cut, stack, secure, and balance those on site. The weight on the 4 looks like it's reasonably balanced (50-55% on the left pair, 45-55% on the right), but look at the tops of the pilings -- they're all different. The completion of this project is dependent upon the structural integrity of the top timbers being able to support ~30% of the weight of the house. What are the piling resting on? Unless that foundation is poured on a rock, the pilings are on dirt or sand. It won't take much settling of a single piling to put that thing out of balance and start the entire thing shifting.
So its lifted to build a new first story to the existing home. Can appreciate the value to the property in certain locations. It does look like a higher end area ! Have seen builds of multi story home in one day with a crane ! Panels prefabbed off site and trucked in. 3 guys, one on the ground' 2 on the structure, not many nails just tabs. One crane operator. Roof was later shingled, & house sided. There is a 4th pillar on the build that is barely visable.
Give it a Rube Goldberg Signature ! Can't call it a Karen, Maybe a Dorthy, Strong wind and a trip to Oz from Kansas ↑ Figure the home weight at about 10 tons with all the steel sitting on pilings. what can possibly go wrong here !
Of Course thought is Original Owners should not let thing get like this ! But its the dang Mouse's option, so put Ergo friendly mice traps all over the place, got one so /
He gets the "Qualifier nod" !
My guy is dealing with this. Owners lived in home for over 40 years. Didn’t fix anything. This is a $40,000 mess ! Hope we can do it for less than $20,000 ! Is gonna take a bit of engineering !
Thas mice nest under master bath Vanity that was ruined. This is just the bathroom of this beautiful rural home on an acre ! The risk is worth a reward is our thought !
