I also need to plug the port in the head (I am using 2 pass side heads) Im told they are the same, minus that port for the coolant.

The heads are the same. Fuel ports are 1/8” NPT and coolant are 1/2” NPT. Just swap plugs from the other head(s) you aren’t using.

Got her running and its running well!! I have only put about 15-20 miles on it but so far so good. I did notice that the 2nd time I took it out it took a while to start and then realized I was pretty low on oil. I am assuming that the standard 15 quarts doesn't work when the engine is completely tore apart. Dumb move on my part but got her topped off and it started quickly and ran well. I am assuming it takes an extra 4-5 quarts when it is completely drained? 2 quarts in the oil cooler, 1 in the HPOP and then another quart or 2 in the oil rails, HPOP, lines, injectors, etc.

I never bumped this thread. I finished the truck and all in weight was 28k lbs. I had 28k lbs for about 350 miles and 20k lbs (no trailer) for 1900 miles. It towed beautifully. I was on the 14 freeway (so cal) and was able to maintain 65-70 going up the 14 grades.

I stayed in the heavy tow tune. I hit a sustained 30-35 lbs of boost. I will do a longer report soon
