The SD starter for us is a good upgrade. The Denso is even better. That's what I want to do when mine dies... But it's not cheap to say the least. I've heard there may or may not be an issue hooking up the stock cables to a Denso too. I know the cables that Eric got from https://www.custombatterycables.com/ offer the stock or denso style connections.
