I laugh at anyone that deleted their truck and is now having problems with noone to turn to. It seems that any tune you get isn't going to be vetted by a legitimate tuner that has eggheads in the backroom coming up with valid tunes.

Hey Jim, did you mean to post that here or in the 6.7 Section? We aren't qualified to talk tech over here.

Nah, it's just an opinion. But if you get something "tech" out of it, my job here is done. I must have woke up pissed off today. Deleted trucks get my dander up. I so want to respond with, "Put it back to normal and see how it runs."

Your statement is exactly why I didn’t delete this truck. My service writer was really trying to talk me into it but with the big companies getting out of tuning, the lack of tech support was a big ref flag. Yes, the ford service writer at my dealer.

I deleted my 2012 ram from day 1 but always ran it on the lowest tune setting. Other guys I knew would run it on the hottest setting and they all ended up replacing head gaskets. I’m not gonna lie, that was the best sounding truck I ever heard and the power was unbelievable for the “little” 6 banger. The oil always looking clean was amazing.

Hmm. This concerns me. My wife always has member enlargement ads (you know the ones) and ads for miracle grow. Maybe she’s trying to tell me something. Uh...... asking for a friend. 😂

2 years ago, my wife and I would make sure we talked about cat food at least once a day within ear shot of our IPhones. We don’t have a cat. After about a week, we started getting ads for cat food.

There’s a few settings in an iPhone that turns that crap off but each update messes some settings up. Oh, I’m straight up mobile mode and not PC. I get a lot of local ford dealership ads.

Road trip Friday. 400 miles today. Got load going and picking up stuff on the way back. It would have fit on the 24' trailer but one of them has a nail in the left rear tire and we don't have time to get it fixed and my driver took one to Georgia so I have to drag the 40'er again today. be back around 6:30 this afternoon. Y'all have a good day. Later.

My prior truck was an '07 Titan. I modified it quite a bit. A lot more than my wife needs to know about.

Headers, performance b-pipes, intake, cat-back, e-fan conversion and custom tune. And that was just the engine-related mods. By the time I was done, those "upgrades" were in excess of $3000. When I traded it in, it passed emissions perfectly. It was truly emissions compliant and it didn't wake up (all) the neighbors.

I had fun with that truck. My son made the video below when I took the Titan to the dragstrip. I beat everybody but one souped up hotrod off the line. Keep in mind that we're racing at 6,000' elevation and I did nothing for weight reduction. I still had the winch on the front, the topper on the bed and all my tools under the back seat.

Growing up, I was a track rat. My dad was president of the local 1/4 mile track and from what I remember, it was awesome. Jet cars still give me the chills..... running 5-6 seconds. Biker drags were also pretty cool.

In the grand scheme of things, my Titan wasn't that fast. I think my stock 2017 F-350 could put in a better 1/4 mile time.

I think my Ram ran around 14-15 but that was based off the tuner calculating the 1/4 mile time so who knows what it actually ran. The Ford, I have no idea. It’s not a race truck so....... 😂

It would be fun to get at least one run down the track with the F-350. Just to KNOW what it can do.

Motor Trend says 15.8 sec @ 87.7 mph. Would that hold true at my elevation? If so, definitely faster than my Titan.

One of my buddies has an 18 F250 Lariat and he said his did 14.8 sec at 92mph. At your elevation, who knows. You said you’re over 1 mile high right? Here we are about 5/8s of a mile high. Stupid standard system. 700m elevation at the track.

So out in Colorado some dude/chic got the plague. Infected squirrels.

Caught a youtube video of HRTKD's new project.

Now another more up to date pic that's circulating online is HRTKD practicing squirrel ninja moves. This is the most recent. The trommel pics have been date altered we have learned.

Slow in here today so just stopped by....
