Morning Bowtie, got my generator install set up for Saturday, & L.P. next week. Decided to go with your setup with the 3 tanks. I can put them next to the house, wife likes that idea better than the big 500 gal. tank.

Congrats, you should get a week out of 3 tanks. We had another outage for about an hour a couple of days ago. It's weird to let the dog out at night and it's pitch black except for a few beacons in the darkness. It's nice to be one of those beacons. Post some pics when you get it done. Thanks.
Ok quiet here today, no issue, a rocket ship throttles back the mains after takeoff. Main thing is we all know where to find each other. That's what matters.

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! 2 of my guys give their 2 week notice today. They are good workers and good kids (22 & 24) but I don't think they were enjoying these 50 hour weeks. We pay OT after 40 but evidently that doesn't motivate them as they want to work "less hours" and be able to "leave early when they want to." Damn....... We will get through this and find some new guys but it will be a beyotch for a few weeks until we can get them trained. Such is life in the big city. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I agree w/ Skags. It's really quiet today.

That sucks two are leaving at the same time. People here seem content to sit on their asses and collect government cheques. It's hard to find anyone to work. Good luck getting them replaced sooner than later.

At that age I was ready to work 40+ hour weeks but as I got older I wanted or needed more flexibility. I don't know what you have them do, it does seem that the youth nowadays are not as interested in labor or trades type work.
