Bad dealership?

What dealership is it at? When I was shopping for my truck a couple years ago I spoke with a dealer in WI that routinely got Super Duties from Canada. I was on my way up there to look at a slightly used one and the salesman informed me that it had sold. I can't remember what town it was in....

People make mistakes, dealerships all have issues. Go the dealer, talk with them, explain how many customers you have referred and has purchased vehicles. Ask them to correct THEIR mistakes. Ask them to make you whole and in good faith... maybe offer you a discount for all the delays you have experienced and what they can do to make you satisfied and keep you as a future customer.. they should be generous for all your referrals. If you aren't satisfied, then ask for a refund and walk.

I don’t plan on going back there. I wish I hadn’t sent them the business referrals I have thus far But they won’t be getting anymore.

oh my gosh does it ever!! I feel like an idiot - just so happy with my first diesel. I just keep walking around the house yelling power stroke in the house! Haha
