Wausau - ya I already had that happen to me last week I’m going to look at the truck tomorrow morning.

Ahh ok the dealer I was headed to wasn't quite that far. Good luck the market should be saturated with SD's at this point.

People make mistakes, dealerships all have issues. Go the dealer, talk with them, explain how many customers you have referred and has purchased vehicles. Ask them to correct THEIR mistakes. Ask them to make you whole and in good faith... maybe offer you a discount for all the delays you have experienced and what they can do to make you satisfied and keep you as a future customer.. they should be generous for all your referrals. If you aren't satisfied, then ask for a refund and walk.

I just ordered a truck in December for the first time..So I'm learning as well

i completely agree. So I did go back there and the General manage built a truck on his computer with the options I wanted. All he did was try to upsell me and barely gave me any off msrp. He was a complete dick to work with.

I don’t plan on going back there. I wish I hadn’t sent them the business referrals I have thus far But they won’t be getting anymore.

New truck

Here is my new to me

F-350 CC XLT 6.7 work horse - 1 hour drive home and I had a big dumb grin on my face.

oh my gosh does it ever!! I feel like an idiot - just so happy with my first diesel. I just keep walking around the house yelling power stroke in the house! Haha
