VOPC broke?

VOPC broke?
Is anyone else having problems with VOPC... like what part of FORD don't you understand?
Anyway, won't work from home or at work and my truck has been 'at the ramp' since last friday.

Well I figured what-the-heck, I'll ask a real person to check it. All they can say is NO. She asked for the same info as VOPC plus my name. I gave her my real name which I assume is on the order and she gave me the info.

VOPC keeps telling me that my order is being held pending resolution of a production hold for material availibility. So i talked with a real person and she said that there is a hold on my order but she doesnt know why, she said its not becaues of parts, I belive she assumed i was the salesman cuz the vopc is not for customers, She told me to check with my region. Whatever that means. I didnt want to ask because then she would have figured out that i am not a salesman. My salesman says it takes a couple of weeks for them to pick up the order but it has been 3 and a half weeks now and still no help.He seemed like it was no big deal or just didnt want to be bothered with it. Anyone had this problem or have any ideas?

Oops! I just called the 800 number trying to find out about my truck to see if the status had changed, and they changed the tracking procedures. Now, if you want to track a vehicle, they route you straight to a real person. They ask for your name and position at the dealership. They don't track orders for customers.
