VOPC keeps telling me that my order is being held pending resolution of a production hold for material availibility. So i talked with a real person and she said that there is a hold on my order but she doesnt know why, she said its not becaues of parts, I belive she assumed i was the salesman cuz the vopc is not for customers, She told me to check with my region. Whatever that means. I didnt want to ask because then she would have figured out that i am not a salesman. My salesman says it takes a couple of weeks for them to pick up the order but it has been 3 and a half weeks now and still no help.He seemed like it was no big deal or just didnt want to be bothered with it. Anyone had this problem or have any ideas?
The 'region" she's referring to is the regional office that your dealer is affiliated with. A dealership's orders are processed through their regional office, so any questions about holds have to be handled through there. And no, even if I knew what regional office it was, I can't give you their phone number so you can try to handle it yourself. I'm afraid you'll have to keep working with your salesperson and dealer as best you can.
