I'm sitting in a hotel in Phoenix this morning, so I can't go compare to my truck, but at first glance it appears that the outer sheave is spaced out farther than the other sheaves like the '68 and up design. In the pre-68 design they are all evenly spaced, so it wouldn't line up with the sheave on the compressor.
