I actually grew up in Burney, then moved to Modoc and back to Anderson. Work still has me running all over the Northeastern Counties.
Getting caught up on the “Honey Do’s” and riding herd on the boy to get his homework done. Just enjoying this beautiful weather here.

What kind of rotisserie do you have? Outdoors with wood fire? Or "as seen on TV" Ronco?
I have 1 of those plug in, electric, Ronco "as seen on TV" deals. They work. Clean up looks easier on TV. But I don't think it's all that efficient. A lot of electricity to get that hot, and spin it, for hours. I bought it unused, new in the box, from someone else who got it and never used it. So it was just 1 easy payment of $25. Not worth it if you buy it on TV for whatever the asking price is of 3 easy payments. Now it sits next to the George Foreman grill, which also looks easy to clean on TV. Another brand new in the box, unused, garage sale find. $5. And just like on TV, it makes great burgers.

Tim, nice! That'll be a good motor for a bronco. Tell me about the build... what rods, pistons, etc have you used in this? Inquiring minds would love to know.

I have no plans for tomorrow, did a bunch or running around today. And the care giver will be here tomorrow at noon. So I stay put. Especially since she is 25 and pretty.

- They have completely modernized the kitchen, but tried to keep as much of the old furnishings as possible.
- The food is said to be outstanding (that is a big change b/c calling the old food "greasy spoon" would have been generous)
- Parking is a challenge; if you have been there in the past, that is saying something because the parking area is huge.
