how is the suspension project ? Driving impressions ?
I just picked up the Ex from the paint shop today, I'll post pictures tomorrow. I'm thinking I want to reattach the front sway bar see if it makes a difference or not. I need longer end links. I want just a little more feedback or "road feel".
So far, I've found mine to be okay without the sway bar. We have several two-lane roundabouts close to home, I tend to go into them a little fast if there's no traffic around to try and feel out the limits... there's a noticable degree of additional body roll, but not as much as I'd expect considering the body is literally six inches higher than it was - let alone the sway bar was removed.
I am concerned about how it will react in a highway-speed emergency avoidance "swerve" manuever. I'll have to work up to that.
as far as high speed emergency swerve..... sticking with my theme of avoiding what the Ex is not good at and sticking to what it is good at. I suppose it depends on what you are swerving for but consider hitting it and not swerving since rolling is a likely outcome.
I probably won't bother putting it back on unless some cautious highway testing thoroughly terrifies me. And even with the bar installed, I doubt it would have a dramatic positive effect should my most feared scenario unfold.
I would encourage you to try the front bar if for no other reason to compare the diffrence.
i prefer mine off over the factory bar as the size and mounting location is not ideal, I do have a smaller bar that mounts forward of the axle I am going to test. We shall see how that goes.
I got them from 4wheel Parts. The same place I got the springs. They have exactly what you need. https://www.4wheelparts.com
Do you happen to remember the size you ordered? I know they have to be longer, just don't know by how much. Or what part number form 4 wheel parts? Thanks!

I don't remember, the counter guy looked up the ones Pro Comp recommended for the 22210 springs.
Hey @bluovl do you have a link or even just a size of the front ubolts you used with the 22210 pro Comps? Thanks!

Thanks! I just called the local shop and the guy said they don't sell them other than in the kits with more items (and couldn't give me the part number )
@pirate4x4_camo do you happen to know the dimensions required for the front u-bolts for the 22210 springs? Or anyone else? I swear I saw someone reference it, but I've looked at the threads where folks have done it and I'm not seeing it. @PrescottIce@BigBlueX
Amazon kindly supplies a "maybe you want to buy this too" at the bottom of my order with some u-bolts, but I'm not confident they are actually what I need. I'd rather have a local shop make them (and I'd like to have them this weekend).
