Perfect, that's the size I have. The stance of yours is exactly what I'm looking for. V10, correct?

Should I change the shim the opposite direction or remove it all together?

Good thing for no vibration. Your angle is small and that helps
I would flip the shim around. You want your angles to match so the ujoints work together and cancel vibration out.
On a double carden style your axle angle would be perfect.

good work on getting your lift done.

So please pardon my lack of participation and proper intro but I need help. I promise I'll do better going forward. Here's my situation. Last summer I purchased a 2002 Ex. with 215000 miles on the clock. I'm finally getting to making upgrades to it's tired suspension. I've decided to go with Pro comp 22210 F 22415 R setup. I've already installed the fronts and the hub to arc measure is 27". I've already made test runs with new springs on front I'm delighted with the results. If you're wondering how it sits, yep the front is about 3" higher than the rear. The measurement on the rear is 24". I have airlifts so I was able level it for my test drives. So here's my question. How do I keep the airlifts and remove the rear blocks. The airbags rest the bump stop built into the blocks. What to do? Anybody done this already? BTW my Ex is a gasser 6.8 with a Reman Motorcraft Long Block. I promise I'll post pictures when the job is complete.
What lenth u bolts do we need to run the 22415 springs with no block, just the shim? It seems like many are too long... Did you get some custom made?

Looks like I never answered this. The load needs to be distributed so that both front axle carries some load to help with steering and braking.

You will definitely need new U bolts. It's recommended not to reuse them anyway. I got mine from Atlas Springs here local in So Cal. PMF has what you need. Custom Ubolts-UB (pmfsuspension.com)

So I just did mine and my front is 28.5 inches from the center of wheel to the arch! Back is 27....where it should be. I can't figure out why I got so much lift up front. I'm going to have to put the stock rear block in now but at least it has the built in angle.

But from the factory they have that tapered block with the fat part at the rear....not sure why when everyone says it should be the other way around.

Hmm? An 1" 1/2 is a lot. How are your shackles in the rear?

They're all stock. I was really hoping to run this spring set-up with no block and be level, but I'll be putting in the rear block next week now. I will say I love the new ride and it is firmer than stock, I just wasn't expecting such a huge lift up front. It went up 4.5 inches.
