Thanks!! From what I’ve read in your build thread you added to the family so that’s definitely better than a truck but hey when you get it back on the road we’ll meet up with them sometime!

this one will be around for awhile! It’s been one of those father/son projects that I’ll hold onto forever so it’s pretty special to me already! I’ll end up starting my own little fleet kinda like my JD tractor addiction I mean hobby . We’ll see if the next one is another dentside (got my eye on an original 79 F350 4X4 with a 460 😉 ) or I’ve got a 64 bumpside all original about 3 mile from the house I could probably just get for free if I bought him a case or two of flavored adult waters

Drip Rail Trim

Here’s another picture of the front of the truck with the new wheels and tires. Little hard to see but got the drip rail trim on as well! Paint should be on the bed around the first of April!

Well.... not much progress this weekend. My wife's birthday was Saturday and Sunday was the "recover from time change day".....LOL.

One bit of progress last Friday... My neighbor let his little CHEVY truck get away from him and it rolled into my truck and knocked it off the jack stands......

When I got home Friday, I had to jack it up, put the front wheels back on, get it straight again and get it back to where it was before the debacle....
Good news..... NO damage to my truck except for the sheet metal shields on the back of the rotors.... It bend the crap out of them.....

SO.... in the battle it was Ford 1 , Chevy 0... it scratched up the front of his Chevy truck in several places.....LOL..... That will teach him to keep his chevy on it's leash. My Ford whupped his chevy.....LOL

LOL.... well, when I got home.... he was standing there with "that look" on his face. I CALMLY walked over and accessed the situation.
After I saw where the real damage was, I got a smile out of my Ford winning the battle....
