I like the treatment to the 'floating' FORD nomenclature above the grill.

And grinnergetter, I like the green on your rig too. It really reminds me of a green that I remember seeing on '67-'68 Firebirds - Verduro Green maybe?

Excellent work 73GreenBean. Thanks for posting the info. Seem to be moving along pretty quick. When did you start the project? Excellent color choice in the dark green

Mark8man thanks! I started it about a little over a year ago now. It’s coming along nicely, started wet sanding today on the bed and tailgate which are the last pieces to be painted! Ready to get it back together and turning heads haha

Skip1970 have a go at your 75! So long as there’s no major repair work..and you have access to a place to paint, restoring one of these bad boys back to its former glory is relatively cheap and easy to do! I’ve never done this before and would definitely do another one. Being 21 and single allows for truck part money though so I’m at an advantage there 🤔

Great job, after sanding and painting for a year. It is worth all the work when it comes together.

Help with wheels...

Chrome moto metal M0955s

Mickey Thompson Classic III
Pictured are two mock ups of the wheels I’m considering for the 73 build. Any comments, suggestions, ideas are welcome!

Classic III all the way, those heavy cast aluminum wheels are a pain too balance. Lug nuts in hole a socket dose not fit in.have to use stick on weights. The chrome always starts pealing and leak air around bead.
