That's for sure, you should be fine if your not right in town, I've had a bad experience with that place, stealing from me is one thing but from my kids, unacceptable... there are good people there, John Boy, Linda, Sandy and the folks from the store are awesome, but some town people I cant say the same.A few real winners lol Basically if you avoid those ppl u will be ok, awesome views, steelhead fishing is amazing, and 40 miles from the coast is great too
