Morning all. Remembered yesterday why I usually have the butcher come out and do the animals. Had a yak bull giving me too many problems so sold him off yesterday and butchered him. Four of us and it still took over 2 hours. One guy was just resharpening knifes, that long hair seems to dull the knife fast.
