Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Overall it was a pretty good day today.
Have to turn up the practice schedule a bit tomorrow afternoon for a Rifle and Pistol match coming up on the 17th.
Going to have to balance out what is needed to meet with code, what needs to be done to legally rent and what can be recouped with the rent you will be charging.
Then it is just maintaining the level you have without making unreasonable (for a rental) improvements or changes.
Rentals are in demand these days. No need to create and present the Taj Mahal. ROI needs to begin occurring sooner rather than later.

Windows are expensive but needed to be replaced the single pane aluminum widows didn't seal well and let to much air blow through in the winter.
The windows the two 60x36 cost $150ea the 36x36 window going in the kitchen was $108 and the new slider on order is $484.
So far we have tow applications, both have some cause for concern.
