Morning all, did a good hike yesterday. I have started hiking every Monday afternoon and have lost 25lbs since the beginning of the year. Would like to drop another 10 to 15 so I would be at the 175 to 180. Then I want to do multi day hikes back to the mountain lakes for fishing.
Also got a lot of exercising in moving a yak cow away from the others so she is in a field by herself to calf. Always a little scary with all those horns. Only had one bull chase me a bit, think he will be the next one for the freezer.
