Good afternoon Oregon, hope you had a great weekend! I actually had a full weekend for once. I'm so far behind on the house stuff, that's pretty much all I did.
. One of these days I might get one of those smart phone things so that I'm not really gone when we are gone. For now the Warden keeps a travel diary in pictures on Farce Book.
If you had Verizon service, I'd send you my old Samsung 5. Great phone, just not enough memory for me.
Good early evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. I think my sister is working on me to go do the kitchen sink plumbing. Ain't working for me. I did tell her what to do to fix it. Like I said...it ain't rocket science!

Won't work on your network tho. Sorry
I'd probably get strung up by the neck from the big oak tree if I did anything that didn't include Face Time. If I couldn't face time, my daughter would be after me. I've caught enough BS over the last few years over that - but the excuse of having a Mil Spec rough duty flip phone has sufficed as a satisfactory excuse. For now I'm happy with my mil spec flip phone and $45 a month unlimited talk / text & MMM phone bill. I can connect to the net with it but with the small screen and the fact that it is such a PIA that it isn't worth the cost of the data plan. It does have Wi-Fi and I can connect that way if I get really, really desperate and a free open Wi-Fi is available.
A few pics from the GTG trip.....
Willamette Falls Multnomah Falls Certainly makes us look small! He's a big boy. Top one is a .31 cal air gun like the one carried by Lewis and Clark. Crossman & Daisy wasn't the first air gun! Looks like I'm back home on the farm and ranch. You know you are in an area someone from the city has visited when they have to post a sign telling them that what they are looking at is a River! Going for a walk.... All tired out now...that was a long walk! Hanging out in the Windmills A little size perspective.

Morning all, did great hike yesterday with some friends. Being the old man of the group it was great when they said to slow down. I told them this was a hike not a nature walk they can to that on the way down. I have a all day hike at the end of the month that I'm trying to get in shape for and the guy going with me is 20 years younger and does those hikes all the time.

Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Up to 75 here under clear and sunny skies.
Been dealing with a Quicken update that seems to have been more of a 'down'date than 'up'date. Have it straightened back out now (I think), at least it is back to talking to the bank like it should. Hmm, its also telling me I'm a long way from being a millionaire. Think I liked it better when it was broke!
