Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Good to hear they figured it out.
Did the shop give you any clues on how they figured it out? With AE, or another piece of software?

I remember that my thoughts were that you had checked everything else and the IDM was just the next thing to check. I'm glad I was able to help and that you didn't have to try finding a good IDM as a shot in the dark at fixing it. If you had gotten a bad IDM you'd still be at a total loss. I expect having it back and running right should feel nice.
