Nice! Wasting no time, can't wait to see them installed.
My 12/19 order from TRS wasn't soon enough to receive shipment yet. That CS rep who thought he made a mistake by telling me April delivery was accurate after all.
They look great but I'll be extra nit picky for you...
Cons:
1. The glueing is the lens isn't near as perfect as factory.
2. There are a lot of extra wires in the back. I assume that's so they work with factory halogens and LEDs. Not a huge deal but more to tuck away.
3. Related to #2 it would be nice if they gave you blank plugs to close off the ends you're not using.
4. The "add a fuse" way of tapping into fuse 35 sucks. The add a fuse they give you doesn't fit with the fuses next to it. It is not long enough to make electrical contact. I tried it both ways. Also you'll have to trim your fuse box lid so the wire can come out of it. I tried just forcing the lid and it nearly stripped the wire.
5. The light color does not match my Morimoto XB LED Fogs. My fogs are from 2017 so maybe they've changed color since then.
Pros:
1. Looks awesome.
2. Install was pretty easy.
3. Sequential signals look awesome in person.
Nice writeup/pics, lol am I the only one confused what I'm looking at in the close up pics tho? Not sure what your showing us?! 🤔
Sorry the website put them out of order. The picture of the clear tabs were to show how poor fitting the lens was to the housing. The tabs are not even seated in their slots before gluing. I contacted the retrofit source about it. When installed you can't see this.

Might be worth putting some extra glue/sealant just in those spots, unless it's obviously sealed up adequately?
Thanks for the excellent write up and honest review!
TRS told me they’re inspecting every set that goes out which is one reason for the delay. Someone else already reported about the fuse fitting issue, and I wonder if they’re now aware of the sealant/fitment concerns now as well.
They do look great, but was hoping they’d be closer to perfect given how long the delay has been.

Hopefully someone along the line takes care of you. That's alot of money for things not to be damn near perfect.

MNSuper,
Did you have to change any settings in the truck for the DRLs to works properly? I saw someone mentioned something on FB about changing the setting to off. For them to work correctly....or was it 💯 straight out of the box.

You will have to go into the advanced settings in your dash and turn the DRL function off or you will have pulsating LED DRL "C" lights.
You do not need to do anything to get the white DRLs to work correctly. The lights come with a wiring harness that plugs into fuse #35 in your engine compartment. That fuse is what powers the white DRLs in factory lights. That wire can be seen in this install video:
