What year is the truck?
The early builds use an inferred value IIRC.
Yep...and you will know if it's bad on the later models. It will run horrible, will turbo fart, won't get to speed..you'll almost think it's a tranny problem.
Around 11psi I cleaned the sensor it wasn’t to bad but didn’t help I took the muffler off a long time ago but it still has converter on it I’m going to check it today

Cleaning the sensor on the early build won't do much then, since it's an inferred value at the PCM.
IIRC the only way the EBP sensor will mess up an early build is if it shorts to ground or loses VREF.........someone else correct me if I am wrong please.
When is the last time the turbo was cleaned?
Checked all the boots and hoses for leaks?
Same for each and every exhaust connection from the manifolds all the way up to the y pipe collector?
Pulled the MAP hose off and cleaned the nipple on the intake? Hose itself is ok and not cracked?

That is the way I understand it, unless the flash update (came out in May of 2006) was never applied.
I doubt the turbo has been cleaned it is pretty rough sounding when I turn it off I thought about the cat being plugged and I will pull that map hose I’ve never done that either I appreciate the help guys

Do you have two profiles?
Based on the turbo "sounding rough", I think you have probably found a problem.
