Low barometric pressure?
I have been doing lots of testing and monitoring with my new AE. The place I bought it from says when you check exhaust back pressure, manifold absolute pressure and barometric pressure, they should all be within a .5 psi of each other. Well ebp is 14.83 map is 14.4-14.5 but barometric pressure volts is 4.59. What does this mean, how bad is it and what do I do to fix it?

You're reading MAP and EBP is psi and BARO in volts. That's like comparing apples and chocolate chip cookies.
I wouldn't worry about BARO pressure. If EBP is reading in the neighborhood of 15 psi at idle, just skip the BARO unless you need to diagnose a problem.
