Number Dummy find me this part

1965 F100 300 6cyl, 2wd, T18
Dust shield for the clutch release lever(fork).
I think repos are available, but know if it's out there you can find an original that will be made right and fit right.
Thanks

Last 6 of VIN are 627422
Part # C5TA-6394-A
Date code(I think, if the date code is the # on the inside that is on what is cast to look like a fake tag with screws) 4L6. Is that 4=1964, L=November, 6=6th, Nov. 6, 1964?

Thanks.
How about a pic/diagram of all the clutch equalizer parts?
Is my application use just the plastic ball, snap ring and felt seal or does it also use the split bushing?

No split bronze equalizer bar bushings (7543), they are one piece nylon. Same (C1AA-7543-A) for a gazillion 1961/80's Passenger Car/F100/350/Bronco/Econoline applications.
