Checked out ok. (Hard to pull) All I have here is a cheap Harbor Freight meter but checked good.

Does the fuel pump quickly fill the secondary fuel filter bowl w/ KOEO? Make sure there are no visible bubbles also.

When I took the cap off it was full. Pulled filter and it filled up. I’m by myself with limited tools so it’s hard to check.

Edit .......... never mind. I see the cranking PIDs now. I had cataract surgery this morning and having some trouble seeing well!

So, it looks like your FICM logic power is well below your FICM vehicle Power.
Also, are you not getting any rpm signal?

Thats when I had to turn loose of key to get a screen shot. I’ll have somebody here tomorrow to lend a helping hand on cranking and screen shots.
Hope your cataract surgery went well. I got It coming up in a few months

Also, vreference voltage?

Starting to sound like a spare FICM might come in handy to try next!
