Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Wonderful 11 mile hike today, 11.2 to be exact. Found a few elk tracks, a cougar kill (deer) and cougar tracks. Nothing palatable. Three of our guys went on the other side of the ridge and one was successful so we'll be down one hunter and one rifle tomorrow. They couldn't get ahold of us and had the animal packed out before we knew they even had one. He has my pack board, a pack frame and my game cart. Left a voice mail that he had gotten them from my pickup. Good thing the 5 of us didn't get anything today.
