Roy it doesn't work that way. I got my jury summons mid October.

The trial is scheduled 29 November...... Not a lot of notice here.

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Rain showers and 39° seem to be hanging in this morning. Doesn't want to get any cooler, but hasn't seemed to want to get any warmer. At least the frozen fog warning is cancelled and it is way to warm for that.
Have to leave for Salem and VA clinic for my annual physical in about an hour. When I get home from the appt. this afternoon, I have to carry on the fight with mortgage company over our Flood Insurance. Got some of it started yesterday and found out they are ripping us off for right at $400 a month.

Got a little of the flood insurance straightened out, but it seems like the Mortgage company really screwed us up and got us locked into a policy we don't want and don't need.

I understand..... Different here. I am to show up for the one trial. May get pick, may not. Either way, I am done until my turn comes around again.
