Since the thread is open to whatever the car on left is my all original 39 plymouth. No rust no rot original motor and i drive it a lot. My wife does too. Nothing has been deleted.
Abe, I LOVE that picture of the 57 being pulled over!!
There is a story to that which I've told before here on FTE so I'll try to keep it short.
I had an 8:00am class in the building in the background. My next class wasn't until 11:00. I would park along the street to go to class and leave at 8:50. The sign beside the 57 says "No Parking from here to corner". One day I come out of class and there is a city cop in his car writing me a ticket. I explain to him my story and he takes the ticket back. A fraternity brother lived in the apartment across the street. He was taking a photography course that semester. He walks out of his house with his camera, sees me in my dilemma and snaps the picture!
Edit: so I guess you could say the policeman DELETED the ticket!
Boy, I loved that car! A lot of good times. And it was because the Power Glide transmission went out on the 57 that I bought my grandfather's truck in 1977.
I'm lost on the stamp stuff guys. I don't remember any of that. I feel... like I have just been deleted. ☠
If you're too young to know about trading stamps, you probably never had one of the devices below. It's pretty obvious what it was for, if you recognize what it went into.
Thanks! I always wanted an XL ever since they came out, finally 3 yrs ago I found a nice one. As usual I over paid for it just a bit but it`s a keeper.

Flux capacitor from Doc Brown's time machine. What do I win?
