I did OK yesterday, only two helpings. And I did not eat any leftovers today. My son and I went to a local diner for. Texas style hotdogs and fries. Leftovers tomorrow!

We're having our Thanksgiving feast tomorrow as our daughter and son-in-law had to work yesterday.
But I plan to overeat. I always do, and I'd hate to break tradition.
