Oh, I don’t think you have a bad cap. You have white on the bottle, battery, power steering reservoir and air filter or you opened it under pressure. But, good luck with this.

So I got the wireless scanner and purchased the FORScan app. It is showing an EGR issue and the truck is shutting off. That started today. Boy I bought a good ole lemon.

Haven’t even got it back to where I started before. This all started as a chain reaction to the water pump.

Quick update for those that want to know.

Repaired oil leaks at top of cooler housing, removed IPR, cleaned screen.

Oil leaks seems to be resolved at the moment.

Now to figure out the vibration. Step one is to get down the the front cover and verify the pulleys were reassembled properly.

Stay tuned.

Been a while since posting but after nearly a complete front end (will compile a list soon) and all u joints (5 for my truck), driver side hub assembly I have reduced the vibration by 90%.

Still ll have a heavy vibration at 70 mph on the interstate that goes away at 75. So drive 69-70 or 75.
