Water pump installation
I'm pretty sure I have a water pump that is leaking. I have a small amount of water that is coming down off the lower dampner. I'm wanting to know if this is a hard one to replace. I looked at a picture of a new one and there only seems to be 5-6 bolts and no hoses.....any tricks that would make it any easier? Is there a petcock on the radiator?? thanks!
PS....it's an 99 Expedtion with 5.4!

Well I went ahead and tackled the installation and it wasn't bad at all.....took less than 2 hours to get r done!! Only problem I had, was that I didn't know that the clutch fan screwed on the end of the pump...took me a few minutes to figure out!! Only 4 bolts on the pump and no hoses...u got to love it!!!
