It's hard to say, my box is a trapezoid, so my top plane of the box is less than that JLs, but my bottom plane is deeper. What's the depth of the 10" box?
I'll try to measure my box at the height of that one and see if it's less than 5" deep. If I remember correctly, I think that JL should fit. Local stereo shop should have one to see if it'll fit. You will probably need to cut the rear wall carpet, it's easy with a razor blade, I actually cut mine with some regular scissors.
Thanks i would appreciate that. I kinda figured i may have to cut the carpet. The 10" is only 4.5" . They also make a truckwedge style which is shaped like your box but its 6"+.

Mines 4" at the top and just about 6.5" at the bottom. Half way up it's a little under 5".
Looks like it might be cutting it close with the 12. Maybe 2 10s would fit, you just have to contend with the seat mount on the floor there on the passenger side.
Dynamat is very expensive for the little bit of material you get. I have a very cheap alternative. Go to one of your leading home improvement stores and make your way to the roofing section. There you can buy rolls of the same material, foil on one side and black rubbery tar on the other, for $14.00 a roll. When installing it use a hair dryer to soften each piece up just before you stick it to the body of your vehicle. Now you achieve the same results at a fraction of the cost.
I would not recommend the peel and stick from home depot. It smells awful and is not meant for that usage. There are plenty of good options though that aren't dynamat. I usually check diymobileaudio.com for suggestions.

No no no. It is not the same. The home supply stuff is asphalt/tar based. The real mat is butyl based. Huge difference. The home supple stuff smells, and can drip or slide off you panels in the heat. It was not made for this purpose and it does not do it well.
This is one of those bad internet ideas that just won''t go away.
Are you happy with the Maestro and the AMP?, I am installing one in my truck next week. I will be running a separate amp to power center channel and sub, any quirks or problems with the kenwood amp?
The only speaker that wasn't used was the center speaker in the dash. The other seven were replaced (two tweeters, two front mids, two rears, and a sub). You are looking at around $1800 for parts plus labor. I think it was worth every penny.
So $1800 in parts, what was the labor charge?
Thanks, still happy with the system? Get it all tweaked?
I just did upgrade in the kr morel seperates in dores , coaxials in rear doors . rf interface . arc audio 1200 /6 . two tw3 shallow mounts in custom box .all professionally store installed for 3500 out the door . sounds amazing for single amp . ive got 5 jl digital amps cant keep for from shutting off and on all the time gave up on there stuff at this point
Post up when you get it installed. We'd like to know if the seats fold up without modifying the seat mounting bracket (I've read you have to slot them and move the seat forward about 1/4" or they won't lock in place).
The plan is to ditch the center channel and set it up exactly as you said.
Hi, I am in discussion with Crutchfield now about upgrading my 2018 f250 crew cab to all JL audio speakers. Not sure which amp or sub yet.
Should I now worry about replacing the center dash speaker? The JL one is 370! Are you happy with your set up? I see you only did one sub and I was planning on doing 2 subs under my front seats since I have 2 kids that ride in the back from time to time.
Any thoughts and recommendations would be great as I listen to a lot of country and classic rock mostly!

Which subs are you looking at for under the seats. That's an interesting option as I've packed a bunch of gear behind the rear seat.
As to the center channel, I would keep it if you care about good sound for both people in the front seat. Ditch it if you are mostly solo and don't care about the passenger acoustics.
